Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

TREND1 offers digital products (templates, systems, guides) and professional services (strategy and campaign management).
Due to the nature of these offerings, refunds are handled differently depending on what was purchased.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All TREND1 digital products are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded:

  • All digital product sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products, templates, systems, or downloadable materials

Exceptions

Refunds for digital products may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You are unable to access the purchased product due to a technical error on our side and we are unable to resolve it

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Services (Strategy & Campaign Management)

Services provided by TREND1 are custom, time-based, and tailored to each client.

Payments

  • Payment terms are agreed individually per project or engagement
  • Payments may be required before, during, or after delivery, depending on the agreed scope
  • Any work started implies acceptance of the agreed terms

Refunds for Services

  • Completed services are non-refundable
  • If a project is canceled before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion
  • If work has already begun, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed

Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted in writing.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Suspension of access to purchased products
  • Termination of ongoing services

No Physical Returns

TREND1 does not sell physical goods.
There are no shipping, returns, or exchanges of physical items.
